Exploding Equipment Injures Three at ADM Facility in Lincoln, NE

An explosion at an Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) soybean extraction plant in Lincoln, NE, injured three employees according to reporting by the Lincoln Journal Star.

Three employees were taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries after a piece of equipment exploded late on January 31. The explosion also started a small fire that was primarily contained to the sixth floor by the facilities sprinkler system. As of Friday the damage to the facility had not yet been determined.
