The U.S. Grains Council 2022-23 Marketing Year Report is out. It provides stakeholders, analysts and enthusiasts a nuanced understanding of the factors influencing the U.S. grain exports on the global stage.     • Mexico:
      • Exports: 26.8 MMT
      • Value: $11.2 billion
    • China:
      • Exports: 14.3 MMT
      • Value: $7.2 billion
    • Japan:
      • Exports: 9.6 MMT
      • Value: $5.6 billion
  3. Top Three Commodities:
    • Corn:
      • Exports: 42.1 MMT
      • Value: $13.2 billion
    • Ethanol:
      • Exports: 1.25 billion gallons
      • Value: $3.5 billion
    • DDGS (Distiller's Dried Grains with Solubles):
      • Exports: 10.4 MMT (4.1 million bushels in corn equivalent)

    • 50 countries purchased U.S. corn in MY 2022/23.
    • 77 countries purchased U.S. ethanol in MY 2022/23.
    • 54 countries purchased U.S. DDGS in MY 2022/23.
  5. Export Trends:
    • U.S. corn exports were down 20.6 MMT (32.9%) from MY 2021/22.
    • U.S. ethanol exports decreased by 174 million gallons (13%) from MY 2021/22.
    • U.S. DDGS exports decreased by 1.2 MMT (10.3%) from MY 2021/22.
