The Yankton County Commission has approved a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a planned ethanol plant at Napa Junction, SD, northwest of Yankton, reports WNAX.
Dakota Plains General Manager Matt Winsand says the plan is for a dual output type of plant, which would cost up to $200 million and employ 40 to 50 people.
He says they hope to start construction this summer.
