According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service, our nation's supply of corn totaled 12.4 billion bushels Dec. 1, up 10 percent from one year ago. Of the total corn supply, 7.61 billion bushels were stored on farms, up 11 percent from a year ago. The remaining 4.77 billion bushels were stored off the farm, up 8 percent from a year earlier.
