White Commercial Corp., a privately held futures broker and consultant to commercial grain businesses, announces that effective January 1, 2022, its executive team will be:
- Chairman of the Board John J. Werner
- Chief Executive Officer Philip K. Luce
- President Bradley D. Sellick
- Chief Financial Officer Sherita F. Lorton
Luce and Sellick are succeeding Werner, who has held both roles since 1986 and will continue in his role as chairman. Lorton has been secretary/treasurer and de facto CFO since 1986.
All four executives are long-term members of the White Commercial team and the new roles are the formalization of a transfer of responsibility that started several years ago.
