One person died and another rescued after soybeans caved inside a grain bin in Wheatley, AR, last Friday, reports KAIT8.
Emergency crews and firefighters from several area departments spent five hours Friday attempting to rescue a man trapped in a grain bin.
Brinkley Fire Chief Mark Hamner told KAIT8 that authorities got a call around 3 p.m., February 11, about the engulfment. He said two men were working in a grain bin, when the soybeans gave way.
One man was able to get out, Hamner said, while the other man went under the beans.
