Phoenix Activists Call on Mexico to Stop Importing U.S. Corn

Mexico imports 70 % of the corn used by Mexicans from the U.S.

A Phoenix group has started a movement to pressure Mexican lawmakers to stop buying corn from the United States in response to Trump administration policies they see as hostile toward Mexico and undocumented immigrants.

The "No Maiz Gringo" campaign launched in Phoenix uses economics to pressure the Trump administration to stop its attacks against immigrants and Mexico.
