With over 25 years of experience in consulting, strategy, marketing, branding, e-commerce, business development, and transformation, Cleland brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Effective immediately, Cleland will be responsible for leading the company's strategy development for its business groups, as well as overseeing the e-commerce and digital teams.
Prior to joining Motion Industries, Cleland served as the Principal Consultant at Cummings Creative Group (CCG) for the past 20 years. During his time at CCG, he led numerous successful initiatives across various industry verticals, driving growth and innovation for clients. His 12+ years of consulting with Motion on marketing and strategy projects have provided him with valuable insights into the company and its goals.
Before joining CCG, Cleland gained valuable experience as the President/Owner of LithoSigns and as a Sales Manager with Citadel Broadcasting. These roles allowed him to develop a deep understanding of business operations, sales strategies, and branding. Cleland's diverse background and extensive industry knowledge make him well-equipped to guide Motion Industries' strategic planning process and shape the company's future growth and success.
